无创正压通气在呼吸困难危重症患者院前长途转送中的应用

目的 通过分析21例使用无创正压通气在院前长途转运患者的情况,总结院前使用无创呼吸机的经验.方法 回顾性分析我中心2007-01～2008-05使用无创正压通气长途转送21例呼吸困难急危重患者的资料.结果 21例患者院前院内使用NPPV后除心率略增快外,经皮血氧饱和度、呼吸频率及血压均无明显改变.21例患者均被成功转送到目的地.结论 使用无创正压通气院前长途转送呼吸困难及危重患者是可行的,但严格入选标准,转送前充分准备,途中严密观察是安全转送的关键.

Application of NPPV to critical patients with difficult breathing during pre-hospital long-distance transportation
