| 摘 要： | 目的 促进Ｃ１型骨盆骨折病人早期康复，降低死亡率及合并症。方法 采用骶关节脱位前方入路，切开复位内固定。结果 平均随访时间６个月，骨折均愈合，无下不等长、亦无跛行和腰骶痛，疗效满意。结论 Ｃ１型骨盆骨折手术治疗为宜，且前方入路比后方入路好。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote the speed of the patient's recovery,and reduce the mortality rate and complication.Methods C 1 type pelvic fracture of 8 cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Results An average of follow up duration was 6 months and a satisfactory result were achieved.Conclusion The operation for C 1 type pelvic fractures should be performed. |
