脉压与老年冠心病关系的探讨

目的探讨脉压（PP）与老年冠心病（CHD）之间的关系。方法测量72例行冠脉造影（CAG）检查的老年患者的脉压，并按临床表现和CAG的结果分为CHD组包括3亚组：急性心肌梗死（AMI）组、不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）组、稳定性心绞痛（SAP）组]和非冠心病对照组进行分析比较。结果CHD组的一般临床资料与对照组无明显差异，脉压水平明显高于对照组；AMI组和UAP组脉压水平明显高于SAP组和对照组，但在AMI组和UAP组、SAP组和对照组之间却无明显差异；在CHD组中，冠脉病变者脉压水平高于无病变者。结论脉压的增高与冠心病及冠脉病变密切相关；可能与动脉粥样斑块的不稳定性相关。

Discuss relationship of pulse pressure and coronary heart disease in elderly

Objective] To explore the relationship between the level of pulse pressure (PP) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in elderly. Methods] Measured 72 patient's PP level post coronary artery angiogram (CAG), then compared CHD groups include 3 subgroups: acute myocardial infarction (AMI), unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and stable angina pectoris (SAP) subgroups] with non-CHD control group. These patients were divided according to the clinical features and the result of CAG. Result] There was no difference in general clinical data between CHD group and control group, but PP levels were higher in CHD group with significant difference; PP level was higher in AMI and UAP groups than in SAP and control groups, and there was no difference between AMI and UAP groups, as well as SAP and control groups. In CHD patients, who have pathologic changes in coronary artery branches, PP level are higher than control group. Conclusion] Elevated PP level was related to CHD, and coherent with pathologic changes in coronary artery branches; probably as well as instability of atherosclerotic plaques.
