| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨可调节缝线联合丝裂霉素C在新生血管性青光眼手术中的应用。方法 2 7例(2 9眼)新生血管性青光眼应用可调节缝线小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C治疗。术后1～7天抽出可调节缝线。观察术后前房深度、眼压及滤过泡情况。结果 2 9眼新生血管性青光眼术后无一例持续性浅前房,视力提高19眼,占65 . 5 2 %。结论 小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C及可调节缝线术是治疗新生血管性青光眼安全有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluate the application of adjustable suture combined with mitomycin C in surgery for the neovascular glaucoma.Method Adopt the adjustable suture trabeculectomy combined with the mitomycin C to 27 patients(29 eyes),and take out the adjustable suture after 1-7days.Result No lasting shallow anterior chamber appeared after the operation of adopting the adjustable suture combined with the mitomycin C. The visual function improved in 19 eyes,reaching the percentage of 66.67%.Conclusion The adjustable suture trabeculectomy combined with the mitomycin C is a safe and effective method for the neovascular glaucoma. |
