| 摘 要： | 作者来用二阶导数光谱法,同时测定复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液中甲地孕酮和戊酸雌二醇的含量。实验结果表明:两者的平均口收率分别为98.8％和98.0％,变异系数分别为0.71％和1.81％。

| Abstract: | The paper reports the simul-taneous determination of mege?trol aceta-te and estradiol valerate in the injectionof microencapsulated compound meges-trol acetate by secondary derivative spec-trophotometry. The experimental resultsshowed that the average recoveries of thetwo drugs were 98.8% and 98.0%,respec-tively, and that the coefficients of varia-tion were 0.71% and1. 81%, respectively. |
