临沂市公共场所及食品卫生从业人员健康体检结果分析

目的通过对相关从业人员的预防性健康查体,对三年的体检阳性率进行比较,分年龄、性别、职业进行阳性率的比较分析。方法对2004年~2006年公共场所及食品卫生从业人员进行分类登记,询问既往病史,进行皮肤病检查、X线胸透、沙门菌、志贺菌培养,抽取空腹静脉血检测HBsAg、ALT。结果在40286人次从业人员中,检出职业禁忌人员1019名,阳性率为2.53%。其中HBsAg阳性958人,占职业禁忌人数的94.01%。肠道带菌43人,ALT升高者13人,未检出皮肤病及肺部结核者。历年查体结果阳性率比较(χ2=2.256,P>0.250)不存在显著性差异;年龄分布上,5个年龄组间的HBsAg携带率之间差异有非常显著性(χ2=26.07,P<0.01);在性别分布上,两者差异无显著性(χ2=0.125,P>0.50)。结论应加强对低年龄组及流动性较大的职业人群的监督管理,认真做好各项检查工作,规范健康体检工作。

Study on the result of 40286 person-time practitioners' physical examination in Linyi from 2004 to 2006

Object To study the result of practitioners' physical examination by compared to the positive rate of the last three years with age,sex and occupation.Methods We got the results of practitioners' physical examination by Sorting and registering, inquiring medical records , giving the skin disease examining, incubating Salmonella and Shigellae,examining chest by X-ray, phlebotomizing to test HBsAg and ALT .Results Among the 40286 person-time practitioners, 1019 persons were detected out the disease prohibited to occupation. The positive ratio is 2.53 %.958 persons were infected the HBsAg. 43 people had intestinal Salmonella or Shigellae.13 people were found high ALT. Nobody had skin disease and phthisic . Comparing the positive ratio of three years, there is no obvious difference in statistic (χ2=2.256,P>0.250).In the distributing of age, infection ratio of HbsAg had statistic significance (χ2=26.07, P<0.01).There is no statistic significance in the distributing of sex(χ2=0.125, P>0. 50).Conclusion We should strengthen intendance of young and high fluxion practitioners, take each examination seriously and normatively.
