| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨正畸拔牙临界病例的个性化特点，为其治疗提供合理设计。方法：收集拔牙临床病例50例，正畸前拔牙指数在150～155之间。所有病例采用标准方丝弓技术实施非拔牙矫治，其中9例经诊断性治疗3个月后减数治疗。结果：针对不同患者采取的个性化设计，临床疗效满意。结论：正畸拔牙临界病例应采用个体化治疗模式，正畸初期引入诊断性治疗是积极有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical characteristics of the extraction or non-extraction borderline cases and supply a reasonable orthodontic design.Method:50 extraction or non-extraction borderline cases were choosen and the EI of patients varied from 150 to 155.Standard non-extraction orthodontic treatment was adopted at the beginning and only 9 patients were extracted teeth after diagnostic treatment.Result: The custom-made orthodontic treatment design was set up for each patient and received satisfactory treatment outcome.Conclusion: Custom orthodontic design mode accompanied with diagnostic treatment is an active and wise way for the borderline patients with and without extraction. |
