前牙龈下残根牙冠延长术后纤维桩的应用评价

目的评价前牙龈下残根牙冠延长术后纤维桩的应用效果。方法选择16例23颗上前牙因外伤、重度龋坏等造成只剩龈下残根的患者,行完善的根管治疗后,采用牙冠延长术延长临床牙冠长度后再应用纤维桩系统进行桩核及烤瓷冠修复。通过临床检查和X线检查,评估纤维桩核的临床应用效果。结果随访12个月,16例患者的基牙无松动,未发生根折,纤维桩树脂核桩冠完好,无松动,无脱落,牙龈组织健康,牙槽骨无吸收,骨硬板连续一致。结论对于因外伤、重度龋坏等造成只剩龈下残根的病例,采用牙冠延长术和纤维桩核系统进行桩冠修复有较好的治疗效果。

Fiber post in subgingival residual root of anterior teeth after crown lengthening surgery

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fiber post in the subgingival residual root of anterior teeth after crown lengthening surgery.Methods 16 patients whose maxillary anterior teeth were fractured under gingiva because of trauma or odontonecrosis were repaired.After completely root canal therapy,the teeth were treated by crown lengthening surgery to increase the height of crown.Then,the teeth were treated with fiber post system.Periodontal condition,radiographic signs and prosthodontic results were recorded.Results According to the 12 months’ clinical observation,the restoration was stable,the posts and roots had no movement or fracture,and the periodontal tissue was healthy.Conclusion Crown lengthening surgery and fiber post system are effective to treat the subgingival residual roots.
