| 摘 要： | 地中海贫血是我国南方常见的因珠蛋白合成障碍所致的遗传性溶血性疾病。它是一种小细胞低色素性贫血。本文对地中海贫血儿童32例进行血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞体积(M CV),并与30例健康儿童对照,旨在探讨血常规红细胞参数在诊断地中海贫血的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Mediterranean anemia(thalassemia),occurring relatively often in southern China,is a genetic and hemolytic disease induced by disfunction of globin synthesis.It is characteristic of small cell and low pigment.The present study describes an investigation on parameters such as hemoglobin(HGB), RBC volume distributing width(RDW) and mean corpusculuar volume(MCV) in 32 children with thalassemia.All the parameters were compared to those in 30 normal children.The aim of this study was to value the application of red cell parameters of blood routine examination in the diagnosis of Mediterranean anemia. |
