| 摘 要： | 研究结果发现,柴胡、生地、五味子、甘草对急性染毒大鼠肝脏TBA反应物的升高和这4种中药制成的混合剂对亚急性染毒TNT大鼠血清铜蓝蛋白含量的降低有一定抑制作用。但所选六种中药对急性染毒时肝脏磷酸化酶a活性的升高和亚急性染毒所致肝TBA反应产物、GSH含量等的改变无明显拮抗作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of several traditional Chinese medicinal herbs on TNT-induced hepatotoxicity were investigated in acute., subchronic TNT-treated rats. It was found that Buplerum chinense DC, Schizandra chinesis ( Turcz ) Baill, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Rehmannia glutinosa ( Gae rth ) libosch each has an inhibitory effect on TNT-induced enhancement of hepatic TBA reaction products ia acute TNT-treated rats and the decoction made of these four herbs exerted an inhibitory effect on TNT-induced decrease of serum ceruloplasmin amount in subchronic TNT treated rats. But the herbs selected showed no effect on TNT-induced enhancement of hepatic phospharylase a activity in acute TNT-treated rats and TNT-induced changes of hepatic TBA reaction products, hepatic GSH amount etc. in subchronic TNT-treated rats. |
