有机磷中毒病人应用呼吸机的护理

目的 总结有机磷中毒患者呼吸机救治过程中引起呼吸肌麻痹的护理经验。方法 山东省临沂市人民医院对收治应用呼吸机治疗有机磷农药中毒致呼吸机麻痹患者62例，除进行一般护理外，主要采取呼吸道管理，气管插管、气管切开护理，呼吸肌常见报警的处理，病人心理护理等特殊护理。结果 62例患者，除2例因年龄较大，身体条件差，并发多脏器功能衰竭死亡外，其余60例痊愈出院。结论 对有机磷中毒呼吸机麻痹的患者坚持治疗，并做好应用呼吸机治疗期间的护理，可以提高患者的抢救成功率。

Application of Respirator in Nursing Organophosphorus Poisoned Patients

[Objective] To conclude the experience for nursing organophosphorus poisoned patients who suffered from respiratory muscle anaesthetization caused by the application of respirator.[Methods] 62 cases of respiratory muscle anaesthetization caused by the application of respirator accepted by Linyi People's Hospital were treated with respiratory nursing,post-tracheotomy nursing,post-intubatton nursing,respiratory muscle alarming nursing as well as psychological nursing.[Results] 60 cases out of the 62 recovered and left hospital except 2 cases that died of multi-organic failure due to their advanced age.[Conclusion] The success rate of salvaging organophosphorus poisoned patients can be increased by improving the nursing during the application of respirator for treating respiratory muscle anaesthetization.
