| 摘 要： | 目的]观察大株红景天注射液配合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效。方法]将58例随机分为两组,对照组29例西药常规治疗,治疗组29例在对照组基础加用大株红景天注射液静脉滴注10ml/d。两组均2周为1疗程。观察NYHA心功能分级及左室射血分数(LVEF)改善情况。结果]治疗2周后,NYHA心功能分级改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);左室射血分数(LVEF)两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]在CHF的治疗中加用大株红景天注射液优于单纯西药常规治疗,值得推广。
