| 摘 要： | [目的]观察加味香苏饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]将135例随机分为两组,治疗组90例使用加味香苏饮,对照组45例应用三九胃泰胶囊。治疗30d进行疗效判定,随访1个月观察效果。[结果]治疗组痊愈40例,显效35例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈7例,显效8例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率80.00%。临床疗效痊愈率、总有效率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组90例患者中未见明显不良反应出现。随访胃镜复查,治疗组痊愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味香苏饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效满意,效果稳定。
