| 摘 要： | 目的]观察穴位注射利多卡因治疗紧张型偏头痛疗效。方法]将86例紧张型头痛患者随机分为两组,两组选取相同穴位。治疗组43例穴位注射利多卡因,对照组43例穴位注射生理盐水。每日1次,连续10次为1疗程,间歇2日进行下一疗程。治疗2疗程进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组临床治愈13例,显效14例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率81.40%。对照组,临床治愈5例,显效8例,有效8例,无效22例,总有效率48.84%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]穴位注射利多卡因治疗紧张型偏头痛安全可靠,简便易行,价廉,无成瘾性,无毒副作用。
