| 摘 要： | 目的]观察辨证分型治疗抑郁症疗效。方法]将76例随机分为两组,治疗组39例分为肝郁气滞、心脾两虚、气结痰阻、脾肾阳虚、肝郁化火五型治疗,对照组37例口服舍曲林50mg/次,1日1次,严重者,1日2次。治疗第2、4、8周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈16例,显效15例,好转4例,无效4例,总有效率89.747%。对照组治愈14例,显效10例,好转6例,无效7例,总有效率81.08%。总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]中药治疗抑郁症疗效满意,副作用少。
