| 摘 要： | 目的]观察清热泄浊通痹汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法]将120例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例采用清热泄浊通痹汤治疗,对照组30例采用扶他林片合丙磺舒治疗,2周后观察两组临床症状(关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀指数)及各项生化指标改善状况,并进行统计分析。结果]治疗组总有效率98.89%,对照组总有效率83.33%,患者的关节疼痛指数,关节压痛指数,关节肿胀指数及血沉、C反应蛋白、血尿酸均有不同程度下降,治疗组优于对照组。结论]清热泄浊通痹汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,且副反应少。
