综合护理配合中药保留灌肠慢性肾衰氮质血症期体会

[目的]观察慢性肾衰中药保留灌肠配合综合护理效果。[方法]对40例患者应用中药高位保留灌肠,配合情志调节、饮食、服药、起居等护理指导,60d后进行疗效判定。[结果]显效20例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。[结论]做好心理护理,注重健康宣教使患者正确对待疾病,积极配合治疗和护理也是促进康复的重要因素。
