| 摘 要： | [目的]观察苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤配合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]将63例随机分为两组,对照组31例常规西药治疗,治疗组32例加用通阳活血方剂苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤,使用中药浓缩颗粒剂组方开水冲服,日1剂,1w为1疗程,两个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组显效8例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤配合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭疗效满意,中药浓缩颗粒剂组方开水冲服方法简便,易于推广。
