| 摘 要： | [目的]观察杞菊地黄丸加减治疗肝肾亏虚型高血压疗效。[方法]对54例门诊患者使用杞菊地黄丸加减,每日1剂,水煎3次早中晚分服,连服7～15剂,每周休息1天,2周为1疗程,观察证侯和血压变化,治疗3个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]血压疗效显效27例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率87.04%。证侯疗效显效29例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率92.59%。[结论]杞菊地黄丸加减治疗肝肾亏虚型高血压病疗效确切,对缓解控制血压和改善证侯有明显效果。
