硬膜外麻下行悬吊式腹腔镜在不孕症中的应用

目的:探讨在妇科不孕症手术中运用硬膜外麻结合悬吊式腹腔镜手术的安全性和实用性。方法:将来院就诊的输卵管性不孕症患者138例随机分为两组,观察组在硬膜外麻下行宫腔镜联合悬吊式腹腔镜手术,对照组在全麻下行宫腔镜联合气腹腹腔镜手术,观察术中30min及术后5min的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、气道峰值压力(PIP)及血氧饱和度(SPO2),观察术后两组患者排气时间和术后疼痛症状。结果:观察组的MAP和PIP明显低于对照组,两组心率和血氧饱和度没有差别。观察组的术后排气时间明显短于对照组,术后疼痛症状的出现人数及术后需吸氧人数明显少于对照组。结论:硬膜外麻下悬吊式腹腔镜手术对病人呼吸和循环系统的影响小于全麻下气腹腹腔镜手术,病人术后症状轻、恢复快,易护理。
