| 摘 要： | [目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效。[方法]对64例门诊患者使用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,1剂/d,水煎3次,早中晚分服,连服15剂为1疗程,每w休息1天。治疗3个疗程(45d)进行疗效判定[结果]治疗3个疗程(45d),显效37例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率为93.75%。[结论]传统方剂天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效满意。
