| 摘 要： | [目的]观察痰瘀同治之通脉化浊汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂的影响。[方法]按体重将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、通脉化浊汤组、血脂康对照组,除空白组,其余三组建立动脉粥样硬化血脂异常模型。空白组和模型组给予等体积的生理盐水,另两组分别给予通脉化浊汤和血脂康。在干预第7、14、28天3个时点取材检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。[结果]与模型组相比,通脉化浊汤组的TC、LDL水平均明显降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平提高(P<0.01);与血脂康对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]痰瘀同治之通脉化浊汤可降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂,可为临床运用痰瘀同治之法防治动脉粥样硬化提供实验依据。
