| 摘 要： | 目的]观察红花黄色素注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法]将85例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组常规口服抗血小板药、抗凝药、钙离子拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、调脂药、降糖药等治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予红花黄色素注射液150mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。经过14d治疗进行疗效判定。结果]观察组在心绞痛症状、心电图、发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量等方面均有较大改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]红花黄色素注射液在改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的症状和相关指标方面效果显著。
