| 摘 要： | 目的]观察通心络胶囊联合消心痛、拜阿司匹灵治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效。方法]将82例随机分为两组,对照组40例使用消心痛10mg 3次/日,口服,拜阿司匹灵片100mg,每日1次,口服。治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上予以通心络胶囊每次2粒,每日3次。治疗8W进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组显效18例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效10例,有效20例,无效10,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]通心络胶囊联合消心痛治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛应用安全,不良反应少,疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
