| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法]将84例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用西药及针灸治疗,治疗组42例在对照组基础上加用加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗,两组均治疗28d。采用House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评定及临床疗效指标判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.20%,对照组总有效率81.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗周围性面神经麻痹是一种有效的方法。
