| 摘 要： | 耻骨直肠肌综合征(puborectal muscle syndrome)是耻骨直肠肌痉挛性肥大,致使盆底出口处梗阻排便障碍性疾病。根据临床表现,可归属为"便秘"范畴。与脾肾亏虚关系尤其密切。"脾为气血生化之源","肾为胃之关,开窍于二阴,所以便之开闭,皆肾脏之所主",脾肾亏虚系病理基础;"百病生于气也",情志失调乃诱发因素;补肾为主为治疗大法。

| Abstract: | This text discusses from the aspects of pathogenesis that the Traditional Chinese Medical pathogenesis and treatment characteristics of the constipation caused by puborectal muscle hypertrophy.To consider that puborectal muscle hypertrophy is caused by Spleen and Kidney deficiency,Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver,the treatment should mainly to be notifying kidney and spleen,and disperse the depressed liver-energy and purging. |
