| 摘 要： | [目的]观察补肾填精法治疗血管性痴呆肾精不足证的临床疗效。[方法]将78例随机分为两组,治疗组39例予补肾填精法治疗,对照组39例采用尼莫地平口服。经过1个疗程(35d)治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈5例,显效6例,有效24例,无效4例,总有效率89.60%。对照组治愈2例,显效4例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率71.80%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾填精法治疗血管性痴呆较尼莫地平组治疗有较好的疗效。
