| 摘 要： | 目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛疗效。方法]将68例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者随机分为两组。治疗组68例应用天麻钩藤饮加减,对照组56例用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服。治疗14d随访1年进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组痊愈38例,显效25例,无效5例,总有效率92.65%。对照组痊愈21例,显效18例,无效17例,总有效率69.64%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛疗效满意。
