| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症属祖国医学"腰痛"范畴,肝肾亏虚为本,寒湿痰瘀为标,药物治疗固然重要,积极有效护理亦不可替代。采用中医整体调理优势,对腰椎间盘突出症辨证分型,确立护理原则,从对症、情感、饮食等方面实施个性化辨证护理,调整饮食偏性,燮理阴阳,调畅情志,取得患者信任,增强其战胜疾病信心,保证临床治疗措施实施,从而达到早日康复的目的,并且延伸至院外生活指导。
