| 摘 要： | [目的]分析肿瘤合并黄疸、肝积、鼓胀等症候对生存期的影响。[方法]对35例恶性肿瘤合并黄疸病例临床资料进行分析,应用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线比较阴黄、阳黄以及合并肝积和/鼓胀等症候对生存期的影响。[结果]阴黄生存期较比阳黄短(P=0.038);黄疸合并肝积和/鼓胀生存期显著缩短(P<0.05)。[结论]阴黄、黄疸合并肝积和(或)鼓胀预后差;黄疸病合并肝积或鼓胀生存期显著缩短。
