三痹汤配合综合疗法治疗肩周炎118例

目的]观察三痹汤配合综合疗法治疗肩周炎疗效。方法]对118例肩周炎使用中药三痹汤内服,配合痛点封闭注射、按摩理筋、TDP照射、扶他林乳胶剂喷涂及其功能锻炼等方法综合治疗。结果]痊愈69例,显效38例,无效11例,总有效率90.68%。结论]三痹汤配合综合疗法治疗肩周炎疗效满意。
