| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药汤剂对恶性肿瘤细胞免疫功能的调节作用。[方法]采用回顾性分析125例恶性肿瘤住院患者,对照组(仅予对症支持治疗)16例、免疫组11例、中药组52例及联合组(免疫剂加中药)46例,用Microsoft Ac-cess2007建立数据库进行筛选分析,观察4组T淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况。[结果]免疫组、中药组及联合组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前明显升高,与对照组之间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);中药组及联合组CD8+治疗后明显降低,免疫组变化不明显,但各组与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中药汤剂能明显改善恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能,对临床治疗有一定的指导意义。
