补肾健脾化瘀方联合针灸治疗原发性老年骨质疏松症26例

目的]观察补肾健脾化瘀方剂联合针灸治疗原发性老年骨质疏松症疗效。方法]将78例随机分为3组各26例。针药组采用补肾健脾化瘀方剂联合针灸,中药组单纯使用补肾健脾化瘀方剂,针灸组单纯采用针灸,嘱三组患者均外出晒太阳。连续治疗3个月进行疗效判定。结果]针药组临床疗效明显优于中药组和针灸组(P<0.01),针药组起效快,其次是针灸组,单纯中药组起效最慢,多在第3疗程开始。结论]补肾健脾化瘀方剂联合针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症能有效地互补短长,见效快,疗程短,持续时间长,作用全面、副作用,值得临床推广。
