| 摘 要： | 目的]观察结肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例疗效。方法]将60例溃疡性结肠炎随机分两组。对照组30例柳氮磺胺吡啶片,1g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例结肠宁1剂/d,水煎,分2次温服。两组均14d为1疗程。治疗3个疗程判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床治愈17例,显效9例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组临床治愈9例,显效14例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]结肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意,安全可靠,无不良反应,值得推广。
