| 摘 要： | 目的]观察平胃散合四逆散治疗慢性腹泻疗效。方法]将98例随机分为两组,治疗组52例使用平胃散合四逆散加减,对照组46例口服地芬诺酯、乳酸菌。两组均10d为1疗程。治疗10d进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组痊愈32例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%;对照组痊愈20例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率73.91%。治疗组有效率为96.15%,对照组为73.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]四逆散合平胃散治疗慢性腹泻具有较好疗效。
