真武汤临证运用举隅

举一反三,触类旁通临证灵活运用真武汤加减化裁治疗浮肿、哮喘、狐疝等疑难杂症。加倍附子用量并与甘草同用,既可使其回阳制水之力倍增,又可降低附子之毒性。凡水肿、哮喘、疝气等病症,但见脉沉微欲绝或浮大无根,苔白多津或黑而滑润,心悸气短或呕逆巅眩,腹满或痛,小便不利或清利等阳盛阴衰,寒水失制之象,均可用真武汤温阳化气而消阴,益火生土而制水。针对病情,灵活加减,方能切中病机。
