中药口服配合护理干预对老年功能性便秘的临床观察

[目的]观察中药口服配以护理干预对功能性便秘的疗效。[方法]将82例患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例应用自拟润肠合剂,另配合护理干预。对照组38例应用果导片治疗。经过2个疗程(8w)治疗后,观察便秘改善程度,排便通畅后3个月的远期疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率93.20%。对照组显效16例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率76.30%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药口服配合护理干预对功能性便秘疗效显著。
