温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病31例

[目的]观察温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]将61例门诊患者随机分为两组,对照组30例使用龙氏正骨手法。治疗组31例在龙氏正骨手法基础上选取病变相应节颈夹脊穴3,0号2寸毫针微向内侧进针,得气后行平补平泻手法,留针30min。并施以温针灸。每穴2壮。治疗2个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈10例,显效16,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.77%。对照组临床痊愈7例,显效10,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效理想。
