| 摘 要： | 杨宝春老中医临症将胃病分为寒湿困遏、饮食停滞、肝胃不和、瘀血阻滞、脾胃虚弱等五型进行治疗,强调病位在胃,与肝、脾、肾关系密切,其病因有寒、痰(饮)、瘀、湿、食等,总以正虚为主导,当时时顾护中气。主症为疼痛,致痛之理,皆缘不通,杨老奉行《医学心传》"通则不痛,理也。但通之之法,各有不同。调气以和血,调血以和气,通也;上逆者使之下行,中结者使之旁达,亦通也;虚者助之使通;寒者温之使通;无非通之之法也",不拘泥于一方一药,审证求因,辨证施治。
