| 摘 要： | 目的：观察溃结宁合剂对溃疡性结肠炎（UC）大鼠结肠组织Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响,探讨其防治UC的作用机制。方法：采用2,4-二硝基氯苯（DNCB）和醋酸复合法制备模型。将55只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药对照组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组各11只,正常组及模型组用生理盐水、西药对照组用柳氮磺吡啶、中药高剂量组及中药低剂量组分别用高、低剂量溃结宁合剂灌胃。以各组大鼠结肠湿重、肠重指数、结肠溃疡点、结肠充血点、Bcl-2和Bax表达等为检测指标。结果：溃结宁合剂可明显改善UC大鼠结肠黏膜组织病理学损伤,显著增加Bcl-2表达,降低Bax表达。结论：溃结宁合剂可抑制UC结肠上皮细胞凋亡,对大鼠UC有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与影响Bcl-2及Bax表达有关。 |
