麝香保心丸联合西药治疗血瘀型稳定型心绞痛65例

目的]观察麝香保心丸治疗血瘀型稳定性心绞痛疗效。方法]将127例门诊患者随机分为两组。对照组62例阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、他汀类等常规治疗。治疗组65例在同对照组西药常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸,2粒/次,3次/d口服。两组均2周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后(2周)进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组显效33例,有效26例,无效6例,总有效率90.77%,恶化4例,恶化率6.15%。对照组显效23例,有效21例,无效18例,总有效率70.97%,恶化10例,恶化率16.13%。临床疗效治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),恶化率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论]麝香保心丸联合西药治疗血瘀型稳定性心绞痛满意。

Heart Pill of Musk Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris 65 cases of Blood Stasis
