| 摘 要： | 目的]观察参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床疗效。方法]将60例老年缺血性心律失常患者随机分为参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液组(治疗组)30例和心律平组(对照组)30例。两组患者均接受阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药常规治疗。结果]两组治疗后早搏次数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率达80.00%,对照组总有效率达76.70%。两组比较无差异(P>0.01)。但治疗组治疗后24h的心肌缺血下降幅度及下降时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应明显低于对照组。结论]参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗老年缺血性心律失常疗效显著。
