| 摘 要： | 目的]观察针药结合治疗周围性面神经炎疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。针刺组以温经散寒,疏通气血,濡润温煦肌肉为治则选取穴位,针药结合组同时配合祛风通络止痛的自拟面瘫汤。结果]4w后针药结合组痊愈21例,好转8例,无效1例;针刺组痊愈17例,好转10,无效3例;针药结合组疗效好于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论]针药结合治疗周围性面神经炎疗效满意。
