| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价直肠腔内超声在临床中的应用价值。方法 :回顾分析 2 87例盆腔内病变声像图表现并与手术病理或临床确诊对照。结果 :检出直肠疾病 81例 ,诊断符合率 91% (74 / 81) ;直肠周围间隙疾病 83例 ,诊断符合率 95 % (79/83) ;直肠周围脏器疾病 12 3例 ,诊断符合率 94 % (116 / 12 3)。结论 :直肠腔内超声对直肠及其周围组织间隙、脏器病变 ,膀胱出口梗阻病因等具有重要诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of transrectal echography (TRE) in clinical applications.Methods:To analyze retrospectively the echogram hallmarks of 287 cases,and compared with the postoperative pathologic results and the final clinical conclusions.Results:81 cases were found, with rectal lesions, accuracy 91% (74/81), and 83 cases with peri rectal recess lesions, accuracy 95% (79/83), and 123 cases with peri rectal viscera lesions, accuracy 94%(116/123).Conclusion:TRE plays an major role in rectal and peri rectal recess and viscera lesions, and looking for the obstruction pathogenies of bladder orifice by dynamic, real time detection. |
