磁铁矿工人的肺癌流行病学研究

摘    要:对磁铁矿井下采矿工人的肺癌进行了回顾性队列研究,队列由2410名男性工人组成。观察期为1980年1月1日至1989年12月31日,在此10年期间共累积21433人年。以1987年全国城市男性居民人口的死因别、年龄别死亡率为标准,求算各项死因的标化率比(SRR)。磁铁矿全体采矿工人的肺癌未显示超量发生(SRR=1.14,P>0.05)。但当把该人分为矽肺与非矽肺两群组分析时,矽肺组的肺癌超量发生(S

Abstract:A retrospective cohort study was conducted for lung cancer among magnetite miners of Gongchangling undergrornd mine in Liaoning, China. The cohort was studied over an observation period of 10 years (from Jan.1,1980 to Dec.31,1989) and consisted of 2410 male workers,with an accumulation of 21433 person-years. The standardized rate ratios (SRRs) from selected causes of death were calculated by comparing age and cause-specific mortality rates with the rate of Chinese citizens in 1987.The excess risk from lung cancer was not shown in overall magnetite miners. The SRR was 1.14(P>0.05). However,the lung cancer risk was shown merely in the silicotics as the population was divided into silicotics and nonsilicotics groups. In the silicotics the SRR was 1.89(P<0.05),while in the nonsilicotics it was only 0. 68(P>0.05).
