| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨髂动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗.方法:应用Seldinger技术,经皮腔作髂动脉狭窄部位球囊扩张,金属支架植入血管成形术12例,结果:全部病例随访6-35个月,平均12.4个月,疗效满意,都已恢复正常活动,无痛行走的距离较术前明显增加,踝/肱指数从术前平均0.34上至0.81.结论:支架植入血管术是治疗髂动脉硬化闭塞症安全有效的方法.动脉造影是选择支架口径和长度的先决条件和重要依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To appraise the stent implantation for the treatment of iliac arteries atherosclerosis obliterans.Methods Before angioplasty, lesions were determined to be caused by arterial stenosis and occlusion in all patients. The stenosis of iliac artery was treated by the Seldinger technique including percutaneous balloon dilation and stent implantation.Results The effects were excellent in all the patients. ABI increased from 0.34 to 0.81 after stent implantation.Conclusion Stent implantation is an effective method in the treatment of iliac arteries atherosclerosis obliterans. The diagnosis and treatment of these patients are based on the angiography. |
