喷磨处理氟斑牙牙釉质对瓷-釉质粘结强度的研究

摘    要:目的:体外评价空气喷磨、酸蚀和两者结合预处理氟斑牙牙釉质面对其与贴面用瓷块间粘结强度的影响。方法:根据Dean氏分类标准,选择30个中度病损氟斑牙,随机分为A、B、C三组,对离体氟斑牙牙釉质分别进行单纯酸蚀、单纯喷磨、喷磨加酸蚀处理,而后粘结瓷块,测定剪切强度。体视显微镜下观察粘结破坏情况,扫描电镜观察牙釉质面预处理后的表面形态。数据结果采用方差检验进行统计学分析。结果:①.单纯空气喷磨组的剪切强度为(11.75±2.26)MPa,常规酸蚀组的剪切强度为(15.25±2.82)MPa,二者之间有统计学差异(P〈0.05);②.喷磨加酸蚀组的剪切强度为(18.77±3.90)MPa,与常规酸蚀组间亦有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:采用空气喷磨加酸蚀预处理氟斑牙牙釉质可提高氟斑牙牙面与全瓷修复体间的粘结力。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effects of air abrasion, acid etchig and the combination of both procedures on shear strength of mottled enamel-procelain in vitro. Method:Thirty extracted teeth with moderate fluorosis were prepared using the Dean's index(DI) and divided into 3 groups (n=10), group A (the enamel was prepared with acid-etching) ; group B (the enamel was prepared with air abrasion) ; group C (the enamel was prepared with air abrasion and acid-etching) : then all the groups were bonded with procelain disc. The shear bond strength was examined and compared by analysis of variance. Debonded surface was examined with stereomicroscope. SEM was used to observe the mottled enamel after pretreatment. Result:The shear bond strength of group A was (11.75±2.26)MPa,group B was (11.75±2.26)MPa,group C was (18.77±3.90)MPa.A significant difference in shear bond strength was found between groupA and groupC (P〈0.05), and there was also significant difference between groupA and groupB (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The adhesive strength of mottled enamel to procelain could be improved with using air abrading and acid etching as a pretreatment method of fluorosis enamel.
