新式剖宫产术的临床应用研究

目的:评价新式剖宫产术式的优点。方法:通过150例新式剖宫产与同期63例子宫下段剖宫产进行比较,观察切皮到胎儿娩出时间、总手术时间、进腹前切口失血量等。结果:新式剖宫产较子宫下段剖宫产切皮到胎儿娩出时间平均缩短5min(P<0.01),手术时间平均缩短15.1min(P<001),进腹前切口失血量平均减少17.3ml(P<0 01)。结论:新式剖宫产手术时间短,出血少,术后排气快,病人痛苦轻,恢复快,术后病率低,有推广价值。

Cesarean Section of the New Clinical Study

Objective: To evaluate the new cesarean section of the merits.Method: 150 cases of cesarean section with the same period under paragraph.63 cases of cesarean section compared to the baby is delivered incision observation time(min),total operative time(min),before incision into the abdominal bleeding volume(ml).Result: Cesarean section than the lower segment cesarean section incision to shorten the average time the baby is delivered for 5 min(P <0.01),operative time reduced by an average 15.1 min(P <0 01),before incision into the abdominal blood loss reduced by an average of 17.3 ml(P <0.01).Conclusion: Cesarean section shorter operative time,less bleeding,postoperative exhaust fast,patients suffering light,fast recovery,the low rate of postoperative disease,promotion of value.
