| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病病人对健康教育的需求。方法:通过对126例糖尿病住院人进行健康教育的调查,了解病人知识的需求,由护士、医生、营养师有针对性地对糖尿病病人分阶段共同参与教育,并进行动态反馈,了解其学习效果和新的需求。结果:使糖尿病病人及家属掌握相关知识,增加了对护士的信任度,提高了满意度。结论:对糖尿病病人进行健康教育可以提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the needs for health education in patients with diabete mellitus(DM). Method Through health needs questionnaires to 126 hospitalized patients with DM,We explored the patients'needs to the related knowledge about the disease,and then,health educations were provided in reasonable modes for the patients with the participation of nurses,physicians and nutritions by stages.Dynamic feedbacks were received to understand the learning effect and new needs of patients with DM. Results Patients with DM and their family members mastered the related knowledge about the disease and showed more satisfaction and trust to the nurses. Conclusion Health educations to patients with DM can improve the treatment's effect. |
