| 摘 要： | 目的 研究百蕊含片 (TCT)的镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠扭体、热板、甩尾等疼痛模型。结果 TCT (2 .2 7,6 .80 g/kg,ig,qd× 7d)可减少小鼠的扭体次数 ;6 .80 g/kg TCT能延长小鼠的甩尾潜伏期 ;(0 .76 ,2 .2 7,6 .80 g/kg,ig)三种剂量的 TCT均可延长小鼠热板痛反应潜伏期。结论 百蕊含片有明显的镇痛作用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the analgesic effect of thesium chinensetrochee（TCT）．Methods Writhing test，hot-plate and thrilling test in mice were applied．Results TCT（2．27、6．80 g/kg，ig,qd×7 d）reduced the writhing numbers，6．80 g/kg TCT prolonged the latency of thrilling．Three kinds of doses of TCT（0．76，2．27，6．80 g/kg，ig）lasted the incubation period of hot-plate pain．Conclusion TCT has significant analgesic effect． |
